Introducing the Hull Aero Club, where you can take the first step towards gaining your Private Pilots Licence (PPL). Even if you are not interested in taking your PPL, a warm welcome awaits you at the Hull Aero Club as a social member with an interest in flying, or as a place to meet and swap your favourite aviation stories.

Situated in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, Hull Aero Club was founded in 1930 during the the golden age of flying. The club is proud of it's flying heritage stretching back over 70 years, during which time it can boast hosting such famous club members as the legendary 'Ginger' Lacey and pioneer aviator 'Amy Johnson'.

For many years existing club members have worked hard to ensure our licensed airfield at Leven in East Yorkshire is a success. The club always welcomes new members from all groups and all walks of life regardless of social background or financial position.

Hull Aero Club is a proprietary owned flying training organisation with the aim of providing pleasure, fun and most of all good quality flying tuition from qualified instructors.
